1. Operator and Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://elovrane.com/ and purchases made from Elovrane, operated by Elovrane LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Elovrane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Those policies provide additional information about personal data, tracking, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Our products are intended for adult shoppers. You may purchase as a guest or create an account if that option is available. You must provide accurate order, billing, and delivery information and keep your account credentials confidential. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized access, serious misuse of promotions, or a material breach of these Terms. We will provide an explanation and an opportunity to contact us for review where appropriate and lawful.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, sizes, materials, prices, photographs, and availability information are accurate. Colors may look different depending on your screen and device. Any material product specifications and descriptions remain subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, including rights relating to goods that are defective or not as described.

Product availability is subject to inventory. An item in your shopping cart is not reserved until your order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and, where applicable, cancel the affected item or order and refund amounts paid for it.

4. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices may be displayed in a currency selected by you or based on your approximate location. A displayed currency conversion may be indicative. Before you submit your order, checkout will show the order currency, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes collected by us, and the total amount payable to us. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Tax treatment depends on the delivery destination and applicable law. Taxes and charges collected by us will be disclosed at checkout. For international orders, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or carrier clearance charges may be payable on delivery if they have not been collected at checkout. Where required by law, we will disclose applicable additional charges or explain how they may be determined before you place your order. We will not add an undisclosed charge after purchase unless permitted by applicable law and properly authorized.

5. Promotions and Complimentary Shipping

A 10% first-order discount may be offered to eligible new customers who subscribe to our email updates and satisfy the offer conditions shown when the promotion is presented. Any eligibility requirements, expiry dates, exclusions, and redemption instructions will be stated with the offer. The sign-up process will identify any marketing subscription. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; doing so will not affect orders already placed.

Complimentary standard shipping is advertised for eligible orders of USD 129 or more. For orders displayed in another currency, the applicable threshold and eligibility will be shown at checkout. Availability may vary by destination, and checkout will confirm whether an order qualifies. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn for future orders, but changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order.

6. Checkout, Payment, and Order Acceptance

Before submitting an order, please review the items, quantities, delivery address, selected shipping method, discounts, taxes, currency, payment method, and total amount. You are responsible for checking that the information is correct.

Checkout displays the payment methods currently available for your order. Available methods may vary by destination, currency, order details, and provider availability; no particular method is guaranteed to be available for every transaction. Payment is processed using the method selected at checkout and may be subject to the relevant payment provider's terms and authentication procedures. Do not send full payment-card details to us by email or through a contact form. Any authorization or charge timing will be indicated during checkout or by the selected payment method.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the listed products. An automated message confirming receipt of your order does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted unless it expressly says so. We may accept an order by sending an order-acceptance confirmation or by dispatching the products. We may review inventory, delivery details, payment authorization, and indications of suspected fraud before accepting or dispatching an order.

If a product is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error has occurred, the destination is unsupported, or the order cannot lawfully be processed, we will explain the issue where reasonably possible and may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's processing times. A billing descriptor is intended to identify Elovrane, although its exact format may vary by payment provider or financial institution.

7. Geographic Restrictions

We deliver only to the countries and areas listed in our Shipping Policy and made available at checkout. An order cannot be completed for a destination that our checkout does not support.

We will not knowingly process or fulfil a transaction where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, other laws, or binding restrictions imposed by a payment provider. We may decline or cancel an order if it cannot lawfully be processed or delivered. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, we will initiate any refund required by applicable law.

8. Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, and Consumer Rights

Order processing, estimated delivery times, tracking, delivery restrictions, and information about import charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly made and is binding under applicable law.

Our voluntary return policy generally allows eligible items to be returned within 30 calendar days after receipt, subject to the conditions explained in our Return & Refund Policy. To request cancellation before dispatch, contact info@elovrane.com promptly. A cancellation request may not be possible to stop once an order has been dispatched; this does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to your purchase.

If an item is defective, damaged, not as described, or not delivered, please contact us with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by our policies and applicable law. Our voluntary return policy does not replace or restrict mandatory rights, including statutory withdrawal rights, legal guarantees, remedies for non-conforming goods, or payment-dispute rights.

Where applicable law requires an online withdrawal function, we will make that function available on the website and provide confirmation of receipt as required by law. Consumers may also use any other withdrawal method permitted by applicable law. Statutory exceptions, deadlines, and conditions depend on the applicable law and the nature of the purchase.

9. Reviews and Other User Content

If our review feature is available, you may submit genuine and relevant reviews and optional photographs. You must have the rights or permissions needed to submit the content. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.

You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your submissions. You grant Elovrane a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, and display the submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and display the review feature on our website. We may moderate or remove content under reasonable rules and applicable law. This permission does not, by itself, authorize us to use customer photographs or identifiable testimonials in paid advertisements; we will obtain separate permission where required.

10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The Elovrane name and the website's original content, design, photographs, text, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. You may not copy or commercially exploit website materials without permission, interfere with website security or checkout, scrape the website abusively, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party websites and services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. A link to a third-party website does not mean that we control or endorse that website unless we expressly state otherwise.

11. Website Availability and Responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights relating to defective or non-conforming products, mandatory warranties, fraud, or other non-waivable consumer protections.

12. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a question or complaint, please email info@elovrane.com and include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the information you provide and respond within a reasonable period.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting a relevant consumer-protection authority, using the dispute-resolution process provided by your payment provider, or pursuing any legal remedy available to you. These Terms do not require consumers to waive mandatory legal rights or submit disputes to arbitration where such a requirement would not be lawful. Any mandatory consumer protections and applicable rights concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, business practices, or legal obligations. The revised version will show an updated date and will apply from its effective publication date, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order unless permitted or required by law. We may retain previous versions where reasonably necessary for customer service, recordkeeping, or dispute resolution.
