These Promotional Terms & Conditions explain the promotional offers currently identified by Elovrane LLC for elovrane.com. Please also review the applicable transaction, shipping, cancellation, return, and refund policies published on our website. If a promotion-specific condition is displayed with a particular offer, review that condition before completing your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

1. Current Promotional Offers

The promotions currently identified for our store are:

  • Email subscription offer: a 10% discount on the first qualifying order placed after an eligible email subscription.
  • Free standard shipping: an order with a qualifying order amount of at least USD 129 is eligible for complimentary standard shipping to a supported destination.

We do not currently advertise an active buy-one-get-one, gift-with-purchase, points, paid membership, or loyalty-points promotion. We do not currently sell gift cards.

2. Email Subscription Discount

  • The email subscription offer provides a 10% discount on the first qualifying order after subscription, subject to eligibility and the offer presented to you.
  • The offer applies to eligible merchandise only. It does not apply to shipping charges, taxes, VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance fees, gift cards, or other non-merchandise charges.
  • The offer is limited to one qualifying use for each eligible subscription. Subscribing does not create a paid membership, recurring purchase, or automatic payment obligation.
  • Discount eligibility is not automatically restored after an order cancellation or return. If an order is canceled by Elovrane or a different outcome is required by applicable law, we will review the circumstances and applicable rights.
  • The exact discount amount and any applicable restrictions should be reviewed in the order summary before payment.

3. Free Standard Shipping Offer

  • Orders with a qualifying order amount of at least USD 129 are eligible for free standard shipping to destinations we support.
  • The offer applies to standard shipping only. It does not automatically cover expedited shipping or other separately disclosed charges.
  • Our standard shipping rate is otherwise USD 7.99, and our expedited shipping rate is USD 12.99, subject to destination eligibility and the options shown at checkout.
  • Our website may display prices in a local currency using automatic currency conversion. The payable amount, currency, shipping method, and shipping charge shown at checkout before payment control the transaction.
  • Free standard shipping does not cover import duties, customs-clearance fees, or other import charges that are disclosed as payable by the customer under our Shipping Policy.

4. Combining Offers and Other Restrictions

We have not established a general rule that all promotions can be combined. Please review the specific offer information and the order summary before payment. A discount or free-shipping benefit applies only where the offer is available and reflected in the checkout total. Do not assume that two offers can be combined unless the applicable offer terms or checkout clearly confirm this.

A promotional discount does not create a paid membership, recurring purchase, or automatic payment obligation. A promotion does not replace any refund that is due under our policies or applicable law.

5. Offer Period and Changes

No universal start date or expiration date is stated in these terms for the current offers. If a specific promotion has a limited validity period, additional eligibility condition, or a different restriction, that information should be stated with the relevant offer before you place the order.

Any offer-specific start date, expiration date, or additional condition should be stated with that offer before you place the order. The terms shown for an accepted order will be considered when resolving questions about that order, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights.

6. Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

If an order using a promotion is canceled, returned, or refunded, the refund is generally calculated from the amount actually paid, subject to our published Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and applicable law. A promotional discount does not reduce any statutory remedy that applies to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

If only part of an order is canceled or returned, any effect on the discount or free-shipping eligibility will be assessed using the offer terms applicable to that order and applicable law. We will explain the refund calculation where it affects the amount returned to you. We do not promise that a used subscription offer will automatically be reissued after cancellation or return.

7. Errors, Misuse and Availability

Promotional offers are subject to product availability and destination eligibility. If a promotion appears to have been applied because of a clear technical or pricing error, we will review the order and contact you where appropriate before taking action, unless immediate action is required for legal, security, or payment reasons. If we cannot honor a promotion or fulfill an order, we will explain the available options, including cancellation and any applicable refund.

If a promotion appears not to have been applied correctly, please contact us so we can review the offer information and order summary. Any resolution remains subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
